When flying a UAV on multiplayer, the turret has some cam shake or jiggling.
This is different from gforce or speed cam shake as that is all disabled when testing this.
This appears to be a wider issue relating to controlling a unit who has some sort of turret. This applies to drones, and remote controlling the blackhawk.

In difficulty, ensure cam shake is off.
Create a multiplayer game, either dedicated or just on own pc.
Spawn a drone (Greyhawk)
Put it in the air flying to save time, at about 2000m.
Set it to loiter around a point.
Take control of the gunner, and zoom in fully on a point.
There will be a tiny amount of shaking or jiggling, which is much more noticeable when the drone changes altitude or is flying fast.

Hello,
thank you for the feedback.
It seems that the UAV you are referring to is not from vanilla game but rather from a mod. Are you experiencing same issues with any of the vanilla UAVs and if so, which one?
If this issue is present only for UAV from a mod, there is unfortunately not much we can do about this and you will need to contact the author of the mod.
Thanks
The problem isn't with any particular drone, and it isn't limited to a game with mods, it occurs in vanilla too.
The problem I think is something to do with remote controlling units, but only in a multiplayer environment.
See video: https://youtu.be/1YtQ9af9pzs
This was recorded solely in vanilla, with cam shake disabled in difficulty settings.

It's not even limited to drones, also attack helicopters have this issue. Most of the times it's impossible to engage efficiently.
Definitely a vanilla bug. It seems like camera movement is not properly synchronized with rendering.
This issue should be widely disclosed. This applies to all weapons, the whole technique.
Such a mechanism as a "camera stabilizer" - is not implemented in the game, and it's sad.
How it should work today:

This ticket isn't about general weapon stabilization, it's about some sort of bug with remote controlling units causing vibrating in the turret. Regardless of whether the sight is stabilized as you show with the videos, the vibrating from the network would still be there.
I got it. If this is done with vibration sometimes, it is not surprising that this happens when the server lag. On this topic exerted video that vibrations in camcorders
It is no longer relevant for a long time. The vibration should be off, give stabilization for all cameras.
