When standing on certain terrain that is above water - e.g. boat house and dock on Stalisky Island you end up going through the process as if you were in the water (Wet, Soaked, etc).
I have had this happen in other places near water as well, but have been unable to reproduce them. The one on Stalisky Island seems to happen quite consistent.
I also tested this at Cherno and Rify. Walking around on the shipyard in Cherno and navigating the Shipwreck both resulted in me becoming soaked and wet and eventually cold.

Problem confirmed, especially on Rify - the status "soaked - hypothermia" pops up really fast on the wrecked ship, but on the cranes on the piers/shipyards the status remain "soaked - cold" no matter how much time you spend on them.
Is this a planned feature? A metallic wrecked ship should be actually quite cold (or quite hot, depending on the weather), but becoming damp/soaked immediately after setting foot in it dramatically speeds up the cooling process

Same for me. I got the "completely soaked" status just by running a few seconds on the pier in Kamyshovo, in front of the warehouse with two big doors.
May I add that if you lay down on the bottom level of the ship near Berezino, the game will consider that you are lying underwater, so eventually you drown....
