so this seems to happen with any mods you may have or the server may have due to the mods keys.

i have this same issue and cant see the options when buidling fences or walls or gates

i have this same issue and it only happen to the person driving the vehicle the passenger does not experience this

had this happen to me yesterday i actually made a post yesterday about this with basic step on how i get it usually when i try and run away just before the item goes in my hands.

i almost lost my character cause of it had to run to a two story building to log and go to separate server to bandage myself

i tried what you have suggested. i was only able to connect once and we had to log due to server lag.

but as soon as we tried connecting to another one it timed me and him out again.
