Ah, this makes more sense. I know about the Mosin variants, unfortunate coincidence of numbers with this bug. "/" should probably be inserted then, to avoid confusion.

Had similar symptoms as to what the original post describes happen twice. Hear someone's mic (middle of no where, too loud to be direct chat), 20 seconds to a minute later, game crashes.

^I know the duct tape solution was probably meant as a joke, but... well at least for the flashlight it kind of makes sense, doesn't it? Maybe that should be added sometime in the future?

If you need more test cases, I was able to reproduce a different scenario that is likely the result of the same bug:

1.Have flashlight stored in pants
2.Equip and turn on flash light
3.Find another pair of pants on the ground
4.Swap pants
5.Pants with flashlight will now be on the ground, empty pants on player

Flashlight will still be in the player's hands and turned on at this point.
