Steps To Reproduce
- Take FF Axe in hands
- Drag FF axe from inventory slot into your backpack
- Drop backpack somewhere
- Axe is both still in hands and in the backpack
- Press red cross to remove axe from hands - it disappears.
- Is still stored in the dropped backpack

If you need more test cases, I was able to reproduce a different scenario that is likely the result of the same bug:
1.Have flashlight stored in pants
2.Equip and turn on flash light
3.Find another pair of pants on the ground
4.Swap pants
5.Pants with flashlight will now be on the ground, empty pants on player
Flashlight will still be in the player's hands and turned on at this point.
