I had this a while back.... I deleted the DayZ save files under My Docs (i deleted the entire folder) then i went through reg edit and removed everything that was DayZ related....

Try deleting the Folder under My Docs first as doing that has helped me solve alot of issues in the past

Unfortunately i have been unable to reproduce the crash since last night... the only thing that comes to mind that was common with both crashes was that I was in Novo at the time (first crash I was in a apparentment thing next to Novo Tower, 2nd crash i was on the top floor of Novo tower), and there has been extensive Loot spawning in the area where i had crashed

Here is the bug i think that is described with the SKS and PU scope and how i fix it

ive had this issue many times... what i do to fix it is remove the item from the weapon into my bag, log out, then log back in and re attach the item.... all fixed....
