I don't know if I would entirely agree with due to the fact of realism, but I would agree that there should be a low chance to find weapons within residential buildings. Let's face it it is real to own a gun and keep it sheltered inside of your house with other belongings. So I would think adding some "nerfed" guns or perhaps an extremely low chance to find good leveled gear (Guns ammo, not tactical vests/gear) inside closets inside of homes.
