Basically, when climbing up any individual ladder, there is a glitch for when you get to the top of the ladder you end up falling on the floor dying or breaking your legs. This issue can be very irritating due to the fact that you can be fully geared with weapons and ammo and find an extraordinary sniping spot, accessible only by ladder, only to die.
