Fire and forget means a missile that doesn't need further guidance after launch, not that you can't use it again.

Update to the latest Nvidia beta driver. That fixed it for me.

Yesterday I updated my Nvidia graphics drivers to the latest beta version and that seems to have fixed the problem.
