This has happened again last night (June 23rd) on the most recent stable patch on the same server.

Hi again.
I did the same as usual without deleting the files, the same thing happened.
I closed the game when it restarted, deleted the files and the same thing happened.
I closed the game again then restarted it and the same thing happened.
I let the game restart itself this time, I was able to connect.

It just happened again as I was connecting to the same server.
Back in the queue for me!

It has happened once more last night on connection to the same server.
The "Direct" UI shows up as if everything is fine then the game restarted.

I twice experienced invisible infected shortly after killing one (with an arrow to the head of course).
It was almost as if the infected's ghost was haunting me.

It looks like this is still happening on stable servers.

Awesome, I noticed it is fixed in the current build!

This is happening still on the current 0.61 build (Nov 27th)

There were some cases again tonight where some infected would completely freeze after being hit.
This was on server UK-04
