I have twice experienced invisible silent infected that begin hitting me.
You can run away and it will follow and you can trap it indoors or escape by running a long distance.
I tried swinging an axe wildly in the air while being attacked but couldn't seem to kill it.

Steps To Reproduce
Run around a town until you begin getting attacked by invisible silent infected.
The most recent case was by the pond behind Orlovets factory on UK-04.
