I have also contacted Nvidia and alerted them about the issue and I am waiting for a response from them

So after a little bit of testing i got the launcher to open and managed to launch the game so the issue is most likely caused by something on Nvidia's side as i can successfully open the launcher on a standard install of Windows Server 2012 R2

One more thing this also effects ARMA 3 as well.

However this prevents ARMA 3 from loading completely.

I shall do some further testing in a Windows Server 2012 R2 Virtual Machine see if i get the same results. I shall let you know if anything has changed

Due to it being on GeForce Now I cannot Access any logs because as soon as you close the launcher on GeForce Now it kicks you off the machine and you cannot access the file explorer on those machines

The_Chicken changed Operating System Version from Operating System is Actually Windows Server 2012 to Operating System is Actually Windows Server 2012 couldn't select it on the operating system list on T133598: DayZ Launcher (Steam Launcher) won't open on Geforce Now Error -103 Unknown.
