I took antibiotics being sick... still sick and about to die...

Ok, this is ridiculous... my last character died coz of this... but now im sick again for eating a kiwi that said fresh kiwi even in the vicinity menu... changed status to rotten while i was eating it... WTF!

Happened the same to me REZORT, now i will die or fell unconscious and im fully equipped... found a syringe and filled it with antibiotics and cant inject myself, consumed antibiotics directly from the bottle and nothing... still sick and getting worse

Also attacked and killed by invisible zombies, i swinged my axe in every direction and nothing... maybe they are underground?

space key is aim now... it doesn't say anything about it in keyboard config
