Steps To Reproduce
With the "healthy" status effect, consume at least one dose of antibiotics. The game will then report that the player is sick, giving the infected wounds message.

you don't die from the sickness you get from antibiotics, but yes you do get the status change

I had this. The ones that caused it were badly damaged, dont know if thats important. I fixed myself by continuing to take regular doses of only damaged antibiotics.
