found a kiwi and the white writing on the screen sad "Eat fresh Kiwi"
But after checking the inventory i saw that it actualy was a rotten Kiwi.
That did not happen with appel or banana {F28735} {F28736} {F28737} {F28738}

Exactly the same happend to me. Because I was curious whether it was actually rotten i ate it. And it was. (feeling pretty sick right now.)

Can confirm, full inventory hence no option to pick up kiwi, mouse over white text read 'Eat Fresh kiwi'. Ate said kiwi, action text read, 'you consumed rotten kiwi' am now sick.

Happened the same to me REZORT, now i will die or fell unconscious and im fully equipped... found a syringe and filled it with antibiotics and cant inject myself, consumed antibiotics directly from the bottle and nothing... still sick and getting worse

I've had this as well. Though I feel I should add, there is no need to pick up the kiwi. Looking at it turns it rotten.

Ok, this is ridiculous... my last character died coz of this... but now im sick again for eating a kiwi that said fresh kiwi even in the vicinity menu... changed status to rotten while i was eating it... WTF!

I thought I might be hallucinating IRL but after reading the reports here I can confidently say that I experienced this too. Looking at a kiwi once -- it was fresh. Looking again -- it was rotten. Fortunately, I noticed and didn't eat it.
