Have you tried reinstalling steam and the game? I also had to do this one time my game wouldnt launch.

If you have Razer Synapse, delete it. I had this problem and thats all I had to do.

I actually got a fix to this problem. I had to delete Razer Synapse!

Update:

Got the game to launch by reinstalling steam!

I've tried everything.

-reinstalling game
-window
-cmd netsh winsock reset
-verifying game cache
-running both DayZ.exe and Steam as a admin
-restarting PC

ALL drivers are up to date.
