Game won't launch

Description

I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and now when I try and launch it, it says "Preparing to launch DayZ" then loads for a second then doesn't do anything. I've tried restarting my PC and nothing. Launching from steam nothing. I don't know what to do.

I've tried everything.

-reinstalling game
-window
-cmd netsh winsock reset
-verifying game cache
-running both DayZ.exe and Steam as a admin
-restarting PC

ALL drivers are up to date.

Update:

Got the game to launch by reinstalling steam!
