Try this:
- ensure that steam is running (try connect)
- connect to server Altis life (the screen is freeze and they say me " connection lost "), => hit 'ESC' button, then 'RESPOWN'

The same problem only when running Youtube (Flash).
When I launch Youtube (flash) before the game, there is
"D3D DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED".
I use 2 monitors.
