False alarm, I could not Reproduce it with Escape from Stratis. Turns out it was the mod.

The files goes to 5MB also I used the Wasteland Mod. Stable version.

This has happened to me random as well. 2 Times, in my 9 Hours of playing. Only way i found out how to stop it is to get the soldier to shoot/aim.
