Also, I'd like to quote SockMonkeh from Reddit, whose point I share completely! He just says it on the point!

"I understand what they were going for with that, but the added authenticity isn't worth the disconnect you feel between yourself and the avatar you control in game. It ends up feeling more natural with no restriction."

Further: "I believe DayZ SA is supposed to have the same change made to mouse control as Arma 3. I hope so, because it's a make or break feature for me."
