They exist for me and have always existed for me even in Arma 2. They're just under Left Peddle and Right Peddle and are a hybrid key in function.

High Speed = Banking
Low Speed = Yaw

It transitions very awkwardly and I dont like them.

I've got the same issue.

It looks like I am stance adjusting in the vehicle when my stand adjust key for infantry has been changed.

I've unbound "Look" in "View" from the mouse and still get this stance adjusting in the cockpit. My stand adjust key is changed to Caps Lock and I have unbound every funciton in the game that has L Ctrl to something else.

Huh, i didn't edit any configs and managed to unbind FF. Go to Planes and Fast Forward is listed in that section.

I have no idea why but that's how it is.

To Fix:

Go in game and configure keybinds
Go to Plane movement
Unbind Fast Forward

Un-bind "Fast Forward"
