When looking at the keys for Left and Right pedal under "Helicopter Movement" under Controls, Arma displays a warning that the keys A and D are already bound to Left and Right bank. This happens even though there is no action for Left or Right bank under helicopter movement.

Steps To Reproduce
Go to "Helicopter Movement" under controls. Using the default control settings, bind A and D to Left Pedal and Right Pedal respectively. Arma 3 should give a message saying that A and D are already bound to Bank Left and Bank Right respectively, even though that action is not available under "Helicopter Movement"

They exist for me and have always existed for me even in Arma 2. They're just under Left Peddle and Right Peddle and are a hybrid key in function.
High Speed = Banking
Low Speed = Yaw
It transitions very awkwardly and I dont like them.

There are heaps more controls in the game than are displayed in the configuration pages. I get warnings for editor bulldozer controls that aren't in the UI.
To be honest it appears to be a bit of a mess in the background. Open [user].ArmA3Profile with notepad and take a look ... fixed wing flaps and landing gear, helicopter brakes and batteries, a mysterious "keyHeliRopeAction", submarine, bulldozer and seagull controls, etc.
