I have had a similar issue on stress test servers, with scope being cloudy.

I've managed to change ingame resolution to 1366x768 by changing my windows resolution to 1366x768. While with this windows resolution, i can't apply 1920x1020 ingame.

I'm pretty sure all 16x9 resolutions are supported by my monitor. I'm using 1600x900 in almost all other games.
