Happened to me as well. And I was hit by an invisible zombie. I couldn't think of relogging and died.

Aggreed. Terrible!
You have to switch servers because of this pitch black occasion and if you want to change you have to wait 10 mins.

Confirmed. Happened to me couple of times as well. Also became the death of me 2 times. I've reported this. I wanted to add my report here but couldn't find mine.
