This was also an issue in ArmA 2. It is possible to invert the mouse, but people only really want to be inverting it for flight controls, not infantry aiming.

Woodlands have not been an issue for me, but I think Bohemia needs to reconsider the use of Picture-in-Picture.
Don't get me wrong - I love the feature, but when everything else in the game is running smooth, the PIP (on lowest setting) completely destroys the experience.
It needs to be optional to aim using this - even when viewing from within the vehicle. Alternatively, performance needs a serious improvement.
