@GiorgyGR, I see what your saying but that's induced by stress and tension from a challenging situation. This is a involuntary reaction that makes me lose my shit. When I hear these noises in real life I have to walk away because I will hurt the person making them. This isn't an anger management issue as I'm a calm laid back person, but these sounds just make me so frustrated, irritated, aggressive, and enraged.

I can't stand playing in first person because of the breathing. My unit is a first person unit too. I have broken my headphones from the rage the noise gives me. Misophonia look it up. Give on option to tone down, or turn off the breathing. I still know whats going on when the screen edge blurs. I don't need this infuriating noise to go with it. I will continue to look for a MP mod that shuts my character up. If I can't, I don't think I will be able to play ARMA 3. Can't enjoy it if my blood is boiling.
