Helpppppppp why did I lose all that work it’s full product now no other game just takes what you had away for no reason

Yes and I sent in to get help on there they have my id in 3 spots and it’s not the 3rd day I can’t play just to hear I have to start over and I still don’t get a personal respons on there help page
