This usually happens to me on xbox, what i do is i press the change account button and press on the account im using and it will switch from a freshy, to the character i had before

This just happened to me. There so frantic to add all these new things in the half as the basics and the game ends up shifty like this. I've lost about 40 hours worth of work across 4 accounts in the last 3 days I've tried contacting for help multiple ways and have yet to get a response.
