are you near water by any chance when this happens
I get a hard crash everytime i go near water
then after crash game crashes constantly after hitting play button.
setting graphics to poor allows it to start again
prob should make my own ticket sorry for jumping in.

from playing the game It seems that whenever a zed uses an anim like vaulting etc
collision fails.
