Changed category to game startup as although the application launches it never actually loads the game.

Re-install of Arma 3 and GeForceExperience seems to have done the trick. Noticed as GeForce experience wouldn't load after this issue arose.

Can now play Vanilla Arma and this can be closed.

I've been playing successfully on Win 7 with a GTX970 - on 1.51 and 1.52. Just FYI.
