9 days later - no response

Well, in one hand you can't tell me what steps you have taken, on the other hand, I see no results of any steps having been taken. Today, a hacker has been terrorizing same server near Berezino for better half of the day. Instantly killing everyone. Three of us died simultaneously inside of moving car going over 100 km/h Yet another several days worth of progress vanquished.

I'd like to know what investigation leads to. I've spent over 200 dollars on 4 copies of the game for all of my friends, I'll need to get a little more than a generic response.
