And I don't have any printer, joysticks, etc. connected to my pc. the only usb devices connected are my keyboard and my mouse.

Further adjustments shown that it the crashes seemed to be linked with the ping/min.
These changes were done by:
-changing the In-Game server browser: Max pings / minute to 1000.
-creating the CafeRate string via regedit.
Further i started the Arma3.exe file via winxp servicepack 3 compatibility mode which also improved stability.
The Problem now is that the server list is refreshing really slowly but the crashes are gone.
The freezes are still a problem though. The freezes occur after a certain amount of time and lead to heavy performance drops. And makes the game impossible to play. A game restart resolves this issue, but I would prefer when it does not occur in the first place. This issue did not happen before so maybe due to the recent patch there was something that caused those freezes. I've made a video capture to show those freezes
