I do have the same problem. Everytime I open the game it crash. Most crash are during these operation:

• after loading the game (instant crash)
• Crash after joining a server (instant crash on join)

EDIT: My files are the one with "pat" in the filename

I can't even play. Before the patch in 0.45 it weas crashing every now and then during gameplay (usually around 15-30minutes in game)
