I'm back. I saw that Arma 3 Tools [dev build] has updated and now Publisher is in version 1.5.138522, so i tried publishing the mod without an image just as before and it worked. Thank you.

According to the last dev-changelog this issue is now fixed. My thanks to the dev team.

Same thing is happening to me, but not in all of my profiles for some reason.
