Sorry I've taken so long to reply. I did somewhat fix the issue, however.

What I did was go to a different ticket that had a similar problem and copied the .cgf file that someone from tech support posted. While it wasn't the correct resolution, it was close enough that the game launched completely, and I was able to switch to the correct resolution in the main menu.
