I am having the same issue, when I spawn into a game it runs ok, but then my frame rate drops to below 10, and I cannot do anything. I have tried messing with the settings and changing servers and nothing has fixed it. This game is currently unplayable for me. The FPS will drop so low that it ends up crashing the game every single time. I had no issues before the two updates.
