Just before you open arma in steam, delete "GameOverlayRenderer64.dll" from steam directory.One way to start Arma 3 64 bit that i now know

one thing.If i start the game with settings "start the game 32 bit" game will start well.What the problem can be with 64 bit version?

how can i disable overlay without delete or rename file(coz it is not work, if i make it right)?
