You should have made this a private issue. now everyone that sees it will know, and will exploit this.

"Other games like tf2 and gmod work fine" because they are on the Source Engine, which is very well optimized and runs very well on low-end machines. Your low FPS is not a bug, it's out of date hardware. Look into buying a new CPU and GPU and you will be fine.

keep waiting, they have actual bugs to address.

Issue fixed in latest Stable Build.

I highly doubt this is a bug, as this is known as "Night Time."
