Its the same as when you drop some item from fireplace to your character (clothes caps masks etc.) - items that can be wear up - item that was on char before will disappear too.

Paper - if you dont know what means this bug - shut up. I does not stuck in textures or smth like that. My accounts were "disabled". And few tickets is for each account.
