Same bug, same solution. May be related to eating/drinking while having a weapon in hand. I've been experimenting with removing my weapon before doing either and I haven't had it since.

Edit: Didn't fix it. It just happened again. Not sure what causes it, but the only way to fix it appears to be to log out.
