I can confirm that this has happened to me also. I had the coupled mag attached and tried to open a door with the mouse scroll. I accidentally hit reload and it loaded a 10 round that I had in my backpack and the 60 round disappeared. I assume it disappeared because I didn't have enough space in my backpack for it....can't confirm that part but it wasn't on the ground around me either. Happened to me twice now.
