I tried out the other tickets repro steps but it appears that that specific bug has been fixed.

Also I checked the AH-99 at night and it doesn't appear on fire, just does fire damage.

That could actually be whats been causing it for me, I do alt tab out quite a bit. I'll see if I can find a cause and reproduce it now.
