Make us a list of items they need you (Video, Logs, ...)
This becomes long and annoying.

I have exactly the same problem with my Logitech Extreme 3D PRO, you have everything you need to move forward on the subject?
Otherwise tell us what they are missing we can give you the information and this can be fixed!
