I have now verified my game files through steam and run the game as admin (as per the instructions you provided).

Unfortunately I was able to reproduce the issue after roughly 7 tries (each attempt the game was run as admin). I have uploaded a new .rpt file if you need that.

It took about 5 attempts this time to get me to reproduce it, but it finally happened again. I have attached my latest rpt file immediately after it happened.
