Although the Medical Tents and the tents with Bunks in them still spawn loot

This can be done already by tearing up shirts and Hoodies into rags. Rags can be placed into stacks of 6 which is more efficient than using bandages which only have 4 uses each. You can turn rags of any condition into Pristine by applying Alcohol Tincture to the stack of rags
