GT: DONKEY KO

I’m having the same problem as well i was looting in severograd then my controller died and my guy started running in circles and when I turned my controller back on it wouldn’t let me move my guy or press start or anything So I pressed the home Xbox button and restarted the game and now it’s saying my character is locked in database plz help
