I solved with this:

  • Load up the task manager and go to "services" tab
  • scroll down till you see "IswSvc", click on it and then click the services button on the bottom right
  • Scroll down in the new window till you see "ZoneAlarm Toolbar IswSvc" and select it
  • Right click and press properties
  • In the "Startup type" drop down select "disabled"
  • Reboot and verify arma3 game files in steam
  • click play, click allow on the ZA pop up and enjoy arma3

My antivirus is disable but, after read the link that you paste in your comment, I think that is the problem... ZONE ALARM... but I can't work without this program... I must wait some fix?

I just installed the game again, integrity of game cache is ok, Nvidia beta drivers 314.14 updated but the problem remains.

The soundcard is on the motherboard Asus Rampage II Extreme

I know where is Appdata folder, inside I have only ArmA2 and ArmA2OA folder now i will try with Nvidia beta drivers 314.14
