This is similar to my problem. I can eat, drink, and be fine and I will randomly start to get the health downarrow.

@Dantheghost yea first things I did were basic recovery things. @Carnaea I am unsure exactly what’s happening really. What’s interesting is it takes about the same exact time for it to begin each time. I can spawn in and not move and it will happen. Not thirsty, not hungry, no zombies and not jumping off anything. Then when it starts nothing stops it. I don’t mind game bugs but this is bad enough I actually can’t play.
