I concur. Attempted to enter a vehicle, it looked a bit destroyed but the option to enter still popped up, and then I immediately died. Occurred at the top of the map, north east of Nagornoe.

Yes, it was the southern-most tower and it occurred on the first floor after going up only one ladder from the ground.
