I was climbing an antenna tower at the below location. When I reached the top, it seemed the player walked or jumped onto the rail. At first I was just afraid I was going to fall off but after a moment I realized I was stuck. I could walk along the railing and move about 10 feet in total but could not get down. I attempted to run, jump, run then jump, crouch, lay down and crawl, attempt to reach the ladder, but all attempts were in vain. I could not get down and was forced to shoot myself.
